Sealing the cut areas of the mdf is the key to keeping fuzzies away. Boy Jim when I first saw that panel I thought it was a maple wood part stained. Nice job on the mdf finish.Advice on bit selection, feed speeds, RPMs, and other parameters for working with laminated or melamine-surfaced MDF panels on a CNC router. January 4, 2014The quality of the MDF is critical for doors staying flat after machining and reducing sanding to a minimum. The extra money for a "Profiling Grade" board will pay off tremendously as will a good quality primer like ML Campbell Clawlock.ShopBot recommends a chip per tooth of 0.003 for MDF so try that with a 0.2 in depth of cut and that should work well. You can probably cur deeper but it's a good place to start. Also, MDF always turns into dust.
