I had this problem not too long ago. Its some relay under the dash associated with fuel iirc. just search "clicking noise under dash" and a slew of info comes up. I solved mine . also, check the power cable on the side of the distribution fuse box to make sure its tight, also check the starter relay next to the passenger side battery, and make sure all the .
