Water leaked into the smart junction box 3 months ago and I finally saved up to spend 00+ to buy a new SJB. But all I paid was 6 total and Ford dealership just recoded and installed software that was reset when the SJB(GEM Module) got wet. 2005 Mustang. i have a 2005 mustang v-6 ,4.0L and have blown a fuse in the smart junction box. it is fuse # 10 (ISM) and climate control a 5 amp fuse. i did replace it and it blew and smoke came out from behind the box. but before it blew it sounded like a relay clicking two or three times as if some thing was trying to reset it's self . checked for voltage .
