If there is not sticker on it, the only other way to get the 5 digit code is with Fords IDS software. Yes, the SJB is the Smart Junction Box. It replaces what used to be the Generic Electronic Module (GEM) and rides piggy back with the interior fuse panel. It controls many things, and as such I would not be too quick to assume it's the source of the current draw. The SJB may also be considered the under dash fuse block. Pasted below are a couple of diagrams from the Ford factory service manual showing the location and appearance of the SJB in the 2007 Explorer.
